Fire egress top hung window

I am planning open kitchen, building regs require to have fire egress in above floor, I have top hung windows, and unable to find fire egress hinges for it, what should I do??

Hi It's probably because the size of the top hung window is not large enough to be classed as a egress window , best thing to do is change the whole window for ones with side openers Regards Craig Notts renovations
