Network Veka 10 Year Guarantee

I had windows installed by a Network Veka installer. A number of doors have warped so I have went back to the installer who tells me he is no longer a member of Network Veka and that I need to speak with Network Veka. So I spoke with Network Veka and they say the guarantee is with the installer. It is not clear from the Network Veka T&C's who is responsible in the scenario.

your point of contact is with your installer, his point of contact is with Network Veka, its does not matter if he is with them or not now, i myself have had problems with doors i have installed for people and dont use that manufacturer any more, i just call them up they go round and inspect it and if its there fault they repair or replace the product
