Password issues

Hello, i need to close the job as have 2 tradesmen to help now, but I can't as my password will not work and when I send link to email to reset it, no link is coming through. thanks Anna

Hi Anna, Here are a couple of things to rule out first. - Check your spam folder of your email address to make sure the forgotten password email isn't there. - Double check you're using the right email address.
