Hi, I have paid a double glazing salesman for bi folds/uPvc windows, rooflights and a door. I have had a number of excuses now for the last 6 weeks with no sign of any products. I've paid £11.5k of a £14k contract.
He has now said he needs another £1k before the products are delivered.
Any advice would be helpful
