Triple glazing install gone bad

I order 12 windows and 1 door in triple glazing the installer company he said it will be the job done in 2 days and is gone 3 weeks and is not done,other problem with the windows I can't close and open the windows and every 3-5 days someone he need to come and fix the problem,all frame are distorted in the profile for a length of 100cm I have 6 screw,the windows at not squared in the frame I have gaps between the frame and wall up to 10 cm alot a scratches on the frame(damage),because the height it is over 1270 and the windows ar reversible between top and bottom locks points I have a belly,because I can't close and open the windows every 3-5 days he high up the hardware so another 2 holes in the profile.
