Hello! I had some secondary glazing installed and the company keep coming to the house and 'fixing it' but to this day there are still cracks and drafts. I think they are just doing quick fixes to avoid fixing the problem (and save money).
I'd like to have someone in the industry have a look at it and write me a paper I can bring to the small claims court.
