Conservatory box gutter leak

Posted by Ray Critchley, on
We had conservatory installed 11years ago. It is attached to a bungalow via a box gutter. We had the installers back to it many times but they just used a huge amount of silicone which was useless. They said we needed to get a roofer as the problem may be the actual roof of the house. We got a roofer but he said we would need a conservatory company as it is the box gutter which is the problem. When there is heavy rain it pours in and the walls are damp and plaster damaged. Ideally we would want to get it repaired but we are really struggling to know who to contact. Conservatory companies seem to send sales people out and want to install a whole new roof. Could a builder help ?
