Hi, could someone advice where could I find expert to test my windows from draughts? We had new windows fitted in our house half a year ago. Since then we can feel draughts in our house. And its clearly visible that windows seals doesn't push to window frame when closed. And it's on all nine windows in my house. The company which installed them failed to fix windows as they stating there is no issues with windows. But I filmed myself how candle flickers on windy day next to window. You can easily push a paper between a frame and seal with no resistance. Is that normal for A+ rated windows? I had 3 other companies on board. And all of them stated that windows been manufactured wrong and can't be fixed. I just need new windows. I'm going to court. Does anyone know where could I find independant expert to perform test and report of my double glazed windows? Company is which I used is not FENSA approved or belong to any other scheme...
