What is the correct procedure to complain

I believe my windows are subject to a 10 year guarantee. After 8 years, several are showing condensation on the inside. I have contacted the installers, who are FENSA approved, and they are proving to be unhelpful. What actions are available to me and in what order should I perform them, please?
