Double Glazing company won't inspect an issue without a pre-payment

The DG company are insisting we pay an £85 call-out charge to inspect several issues that have developed over time. We are in year-7 of a 10-year guarantee and in our contract we have not agreed a call-out charge for an inspection of their installation.
