I had double glazing to my entire house fitted. I paid in full £20,000 for the installation. I have been having problems with water ingress and the installer is not interested in correcting this. I have now sort a second opinion from FENSA and none of the windows have lintels in place which is causing the ingress and is structurally against building regulations. The inspector from FENSA has told us they will be contacting the installer to correct it. My question is who is responsible for the cost of this?
