What can i do i had windows patio doors and a new hard roof fitted to my conservatory at a cost of £17,000 plus 2.5% interest in march 2019 when weather changed i noticed sitting room was really cold and drafts coming from all windows and doors plus roof leaked badly with crack appearing all round edges i got in touch with the company WINDOWS PLUS who sent an inspector out in i believe November he reported all the faults back to the company then left the company so a different inspector came out saying it was a joke he reported it to his managers i cant remember exact dates however someone came out roughly July this year adjusted windows and added a extra bit of rubber to patio doors to fill the gap and the roof was lifted and a new one put on this looked a lot better i asked for an inspector to come out this has still not happened and after some heavy rain this week the roof is once again leaking badly with mould appearing and cracks al over on top of that i am being told by finance company the cost is now in excess of £33 K THE 2.5% only if i paid it off within 12mth i was not told this
