We bought our house with an existing glass extension at the back which holds our kitchen and the end of the living room. We have noticed condensation at the bottom of the doors and windows and a gap where the doors should close. The extension was added about 10 years ago and needs to be assessed as I think the seals and fit of the doors need work. We have also seen some damp at the ends of the floorboards.
