What type of tradesperson will complete the job I need?It's not listed

Hi - I need someone who can go up ONTO the conservatory to clean the roof (inside and out) rather than pole and reach. Previous window/conservatory cleaners have not been able to do a very good job at all - even if they go into my neighbours' gardens on each side to clean it (so it's a waste of money!). There is not space to go down either side within my garden.
So I need someone who can clean by hand, to let me know how much that will cost and if it's do-able. Thanks, Jane.
