Can I cancel my Direct Debit?

Yes. You can cancel your Direct Debit at any time by contacting your bank directly, all banks are legally required to honour this immediately. However, cancelling your Direct Debit will remove the active payment method from your account, which may cause your subscription to be paused or cancelled if a renewal falls due. If you'd like to cancel both your subscription and your Direct Debit, we recommend contacting our support team first so we can ensure everything is closed down correctly.
