How can I cancel my subscription?
Before you decide to cancel, we just want to make sure you have all the information you need.
If you cancel your membership, your profile and ratings will no longer appear on Google, and you won’t have access to new job leads through Rated People.
We kindly ask for at least 7 days’ notice if you’d like to cancel. If less notice is given, a charge may still be applied at your next renewal date.
If you’re in a Minimum Term Membership Plan and choose to cancel before the end of your minimum term, the remaining membership fees up to the end of that term will still apply. We’ll send you an invoice to cover this period, which is payable within 14 days.
