GoCardless is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the UK's financial regulator, and is ISO 27001 accredited, the international standard for information security management. Your bank details are never stored on Rated People's systems. They're handled entirely by GoCardless using bank-grade encryption, and all Direct Debit payments are covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
