Will I be notified before payments are collected?

Yes. For all ongoing Direct Debit payments, you’ll always receive advance notice of the amount and date before the payment is collected, this is a requirement of the Direct Debit Guarantee. Your first payment is taken during sign-up as part of the process, so you’ll see the amount before you confirm.
