Can I pause my subscription?
If you’re thinking about pausing your membership, we completely understand that sometimes a short break is needed. Whether things are quieter than expected or you need time to focus on other priorities, we’re here to help.
You can request a pause through our Chatbot, who will guide you through the process step by step. All pause requests are reviewed before being applied.
We kindly ask for at least 7 days’ notice before your renewal date. If we receive your request less than 7 days before renewal, your next payment may still be taken as scheduled.
Pauses are applied for one month at a time, and you can pause your membership up to two times within a 12-month period. Each request is subject to review and approval.
If you’re currently on a Minimum Term Membership Plan, any paused month will be added to the end of your minimum term. This means your contract end date will be extended by the length of the pause.
