Why have I been charged?
A processed payment on your account may be for one or more of the following reasons:
- Membership fee(s) for your Rated People plan
- Directory / Featured bolt-on fee, if you are subscribed to this service
- Charges for job leads that were purchased when your credit balance was insufficient

If you have an outstanding balance, you can also make a payment directly through the website by logging into your account.
