Sean was excellent - highly recommend him. He was very polite and stuck to his quote despite the job being more than he had bargained for and taking him a long time to do... He was very conscientious and delivered great quality. Only slight fly in the ointment was difficult to contact at times which may be due to poor mobile reception where he lives (landline alternative might help). Decorator subsequently had difficulty removing the silicone sealant fixing new sink to old tiles. Would have been good for the two tradespeople to have spoken. I did provide telephone numbers but no direct instruction to liaise. I was supervising this job remotely as it was in a private room of a care home. Staff found Ben very good working in this situation. Good job. Pleased with result.
