Mo was on time, re-confirmed all that needed to be done and completed the work to a high standard, well within budget. He asked me to inspect before finishing up and tidying. On day of job the electrician arrived 10 minutes earlier than expected-that doesn't happen often. He looked a lot younger than I had expected. I had expected to have to buy a new fuse box. I was losing power frequently. He carefully checked all circuits. Then announced the fault was outside. The outside switch to an outside light was full of water.
