Completed the replacement of car park bollard lighting in a residents parking area to a very high standard, paying good attention to detail. Ensured good communication during quote stage providing details of a variety of lights to choose from. Site left tidy every day and cleared away on completion, would definitely use again and indeed have for a smaller job within own flat. All residents were pleased with the standard of finish and the quality of the work, Will and Dan who completed the work were polite and friendly.

Brilliant job - I was hesitant to hire as there weren't any ratings, but once I spoke to Stavros it was clear that he was a very diligent and reliable guy. Came up with a clever solution that allowed us to install power outlets where others had told us installation would not be possible. Finished work was of a very high standard - would definitely use again.

RS Property did a brilliant job on my bathroom; very professional and good communication with Roger throughout the project. I gave them a tight timeline and challenging materials and they worked well to get the job finished earlier than expected. I hired RT-Gas&Electrical engineers LTD for a total renovation of my flat including plumbing and electrical work, plastering, design and fitting of a new bathroom and kitchen, painting and carpentry. Robert and his team carried out the work in the agreed timescale, they all worked very hard, shown a total dedication the project, creating solutions to unexpected problems. Artur was very helpful. He did the work and left everything tidy and clean. He even moved things that needed to be moved and extra bits that needed doing at no extra cost. Fantastic workmanship, punctual and very trustworthy. Felt comfortable handing over the keys to my house so that they could get on with it whilst I was at work. I asked for quite a lot of work to be done and was pleasantly surprised by the quote too which was very reasonable considering the quality of the work.
