Ben communicated well. He arrived at the agreed time and did exactly what he was asked in a very professional and efficient manner. When the work was completed Ben submitted what we considered a very reasonable invoice. I would be pleased to have him do other work for me and would recommend him to anyone looking for a good, reliable electrician.

Simply brilliant. Dan didn't just show up on time, he showed up early (and early in the day as well) so we could get on with the rest of our morning. He brought the parts just based on the picture which speaks to experience and even when he needed to swap a part, was able to do it as soon as a nearby shop opened. His work was very tidy (I've had a couple of people sort out the same problem before) and he was clearly knew what he was doing. Very, very pleased.

BEST Electrical called us within minutes of me posting a request for a electrician and arranged a suitable time for all to carry out the work. Extra work was required as a result of the inspection and BEST Electrical were very understanding of our needs to get the work done quickly and arranged to come early the following day to carry out the work. I have no hesitation in recommending BEST Electrical, and will use them in the future and have already told my friends so they can use him as well. Excellent.

Ricky contacted me and said he was available to do the work almost immediately. He came to assess what was required and immediately identified the problem with my garden electrics. He helped me find replacement post bollard lighting which I ordered and he was then able to fit them within a week. A couple of other connections with the switch and junction box and all was well. I am very pleased with Ricky’s work and the price he quoted me, which he stuck to. Ricky himself is a charming man and very friendly.

The shower installation, completed for my father in law by Mr Richard Cadwgan of Sparked Out Electrical was faultless! He was extremely reliable and kept me informed at all times on the progress as this was being carried out for someone with dementia. When we moved into our new house we needed power in the shed for the washing machine etc and a few other small jobs. Lee gave us a very reasonable quote and arranged to do the work the following weekend. He arrived promptly at the agreed time and worked almost non-stop. He did everything we had asked, plus a couple of additional jobs, and it all looks and works great. His work is very neat and he tidied up as he went along. We wont hesitate to recommend Lee and will definitely ask him first in future.
