I have been a sole trader for 2 years and have worked in the industry for 7 years. I have worked in different environments such as agriculture and domestic and also have worked on suppression systems in food factories and data centres. Tiled our kitchen floor and made a disgusting job of it. Floor not even, corners sticking up, uneven gaps between tiles, used all the tiles but didn't do under cooker and dishwasher as asked and measured for. Will not return to sort out the job, they've promised to come sort it twice and both times haven't showed up, now won't reply to our messages. Would've been happier putting he money down the toilet!
