Very friendly duo. Spent a fair few hours trying to find the problem, replaced water damaged items with no mess, fuss or problems especially as my ariel and cables gave them the run around. Very tidy and thorough, would not hesitate to call them back for similar work.

This was my first experience of using Rated People so I didn't know what to expect albeit I don't usually expect anything that way I don't end up disappointed. The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed). They gave me a quote which we felt was acceptable and agreed a start date. Elliot and Charlie came on the day agreed and got on with the job in hand. They worked well during the day and finished the painting job for us. well done. ps. They did not need to have a radio blaring away like some, this was appreciated.

This job was a complete and complicated rewire of a large old farmhouse, including various extras such as security alarm, boiler and underfloor heating controls and renovating an old Victorian lantern. Chris has done an excellent job, and even though it turned out to be more awkward than he expected (beams in unusual places, ceilings that came down, boiler wiring being non-standard etc) he honoured the original quote and took the time to make sure it was done properly. The standard of work is very good and Chris perseveres with jobs until he is satisfied with the result. An example is the great care he took with the positioning of the kitchen lights. I have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

What stood out was that Mike & Chris arrived on time, the one time it wasn't possible I was informed straight away. Unusual in my experience with others. The work was carried out exactly as I wanted, I was consulted several times to make sure we were on the same page and great lengths were taken to make the work neat and tidy, as if it was their own property. Mike & Chris were both very nice and easy to get on with and Mike even checked I was happy with the work a few weeks later. I am happy to recommend.

We needed a new arial and decided while action aerials were with us to connect all our rooms so they could be connected to tv's. Job satisfactory and tradesman quick.
