The job was good, he did extra work for us, but what let it down was that he didn't register the work with the Building Regulations and the Council. And had to ask and chase up so many times for the Part P Certificate and I still didn't receive it from him. He is very good for doing electrical jobs , but don't expect him to register it with council.

Dale, did a first class job fitting a toliet and sink in a very small space within a bedroom. Building a partition wall around it. Challenging job, but he did it so well! Also speedy and cleaned the messy up. I would highly recommend .

Paul turned up when he said he would............started and finished the job when he said he would......without any unexpected or non-agreed "extras" appearing......and cleared up after the work was done. Mark was punctual, professional and he was always on site when required. Mark's work was excellent, with many of the other trades on my team commenting so on numerous occasions. Mark worked well in an established team, adhered to all health and safety requirements without question and he did promptly supply method statements and insurance certificates on demand. Needless to say I now consider him a value member of the team for further projects. In my experience tradesman like Mark are few and far between.
