We have been very pleased with the renovation work done by Waycon. You need a good relationship with your builder in taking on ideas and not being afraid to ask questions. We have exactly this with Steve and James, a great job done with precision and thought. We now have garages which are an asset to the neighbourhood with several enquiries from passers by as to who had done the work - in itself a tribute to the quality of their work. Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.
