He was capable but convinced me that a very different job was necessary, for double the budget and which resulted in a functional, yet ugly impractical solution. I've had to call (£££) someone professional to resolve this, which turned out to be a broken dimmer switch.

This electrician is excellent at what he does. He is so good and pricing very reasonable. He explains to you stage by stage. There is no headen costs. For me he was God send having had problems with the previous electrician who was bogus. Patrick is a real gentleman and very trustworthy. Very happy with Rimi. He at all times came up with ideas and solutions. We had a rear garden job. Involved brick work, decking, retiling, soil work,painting, creating new landscape overall. No rating for this guy. Seriously useless. Doesnt provide quote, takes 2hrs to finish job that could be done in 1hr. Could see he lacks common sense.Then says his company /boss chargeouy fee is £xx, when he works for himself. Breaks the toilet while fixing it, denies blame. Do had to change it..at much cheaper cost.Avoid "Manny!

Matthew and his team did an amazing job and completely transformed a tired 1st floor maisonette into a luxurious looking property. Throughout my 'mini' project Matthew remained calm and patient, even when i informed him that i preferred to have my Gas Safe Engineer to work on the Plumbing and Gas boiler. he just adjusted his quote reflect this. He also suggested 2 weekly installation payments so that I could see the improvements before paying. I will definitely use Matthew again for any future projects.
