We learned the hard way with our kitchen that we wanted a smaller company to do the bathroom so that we could speak directly to the people doing the work. Our choice was vindicated with Reuben and Chris - nothing was too much trouble and their work ethic and attention to detail was excellent. Hard-working, good humoured and low-maintenance, they were a pleasure to have in the house. The finished bathroom surpasses our expectations, we are delighted with it and readily recommend Southside Renovations.

Do not under any circumstances use Knights Roofing or Tommy King who also has other companies.He did not complete the roofing/chimney work and he kept promising to come back and 6 months on we are now getting no response from him.Our chimney is leaking more than before and we are getting another professional to sort the problem

Quite simply the best! Stan's work is top quality. He completed my flooring (tiling and wooden floor sanding) to an exceptionally high standard. His work was so good, I asked him to stay longer and also complete my downstairs bathroom, kitchen and also a number of other decorating jobs in the house. Zakir did mess up the job badly. On first day, he turned up with a guy with strong smell of weed, when I queried about it, he asked innocently ' Is it a problem?'. Thankfully, he later removed that guy from property. I hired him for all the good reviews but my job was done to a very poor standard. He rushed through job though I was asking him to do it properly. All LVT tiles were coming up next day. I tried calling him multiple times to come back and fix it but without any luck.
