John did do a good job when he decided to turn up. However, he was not reliable and would always ask for money upfront..Also , he never came back to finish the job, even though he was paid to.

I'm often praised for how much I get stuck into my work and am capable when it comes to heavy lifting and laborious jobs. I am a father of two little beasts So much of my free time is spent with my family, mostly in my own garden and being told off for buying too many plants!

Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.
