Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. I have now noted leaks fur to poor sealant around taps and connection cold water feed wasnt connected properly since had a flood from the bath which he cam back to make good the ceiling and plumbing. Since the moisture in wall shower wall loosened the existing handrail on the othe side of the wall toilet sealant leaking and shower frame not fitted correctky at the time of completion looked ok now I wish I hadnt at all! Paid cash upfront not worth it not a good professional finish now I have to redo it all
