A SUMMARY of issues follows. 1 - Plastering done is uneven. 2 - Did not allow plaster to dry before painting walls so already peeling off. 3 - Found number of areas where holes had been left, and had these not been pointed out would have been left. 4 - Wood not sanded before painting, incl. new skirting boards. 5 - Threats when I refused to pay!

Owen did an amazing job ripping out and old kitchen and flooring and disposing of all appliances flooring etc. and subsequently fitting a new kitchen and flooring. We found him reasonably priced and we paid what was quoted , professional and prompt . He was always on hand to ask and reply to any queries. I had worked with my father doing plumbing and by the time I was 13 years old I was a part time partner in his company, I further went to college and qualified in level 2 NVQ Plumbing and had carried a full-term apprenticeship, creating a portfolio. Once finishing my qualifications I became a full time partner in my father’s general building company which entailed doing, extensions, refurbs, plumbing and heating, kitchen & bathroom refurbishments, new builds, roofing and lead work. We ran the company together for a further 8 years on top of his 45 years of quality construction. At Prestige Coastal Construction Ltd we work closely with our clients on their projects to help bring ideas to life. We cover everything from kitchen design and installs, bathroom installs, garage conversions, painting and decorating, plumbing, electrical and much more.
I hired Prestige Coastal construction to install a new kitchen, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the results. The fitter left the job incomplete, with countertops and fixtures partially installed, and didn't return to finish the work. I have been left without a sink and and the washing machine unconnected. The entire experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I now have to hire someone else to complete and fix their unfinished work, adding extra expense and stress. I would not recommend.
