Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I found the biggest problem when arranging for work was only about a quarter of tradesmen who I contacted actually wanted to come and look at the job. Then they would give you a quote off the top of their heads with hardly any details. The exception was Metro who gave a full quote detailing exactly what the quote included. Once deal agreed they turned up every day at 8am and carried out the work to a high standard. There were some issues but they were soon resolved without argument. Recommended.

We have an old cast iron bath and had the bath panels to fix to it. We didn't feel confident doing it ourselves as it was quite a tricky job. Lukasz took time to get the measurements and the cutting was perfect. Looks great. Also we asked him to fix the old original bathroom door which has never closed shut. He put new hinges and shaved it and now it shuts. He did some plastering too. It took a day and charged his day rate (£150) plus a little extra for the hinges, plaster and frame. Great job!
