First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. A very good professional experience. There was a substance I didn’t have and wasn’t supplied by the manufacturers, but he completed the other tasks and came back a few days later to fit the trellises. I offered to pay for the work he’d completed that day, but said it was ok to pay when he came back to fit trellises. Very impressed with the work and will not hesitate to call on Alsite again. Highly recommended.

Passion for gardening/maintenance of properties inside and out.To me the first impression is a lasting impression. Most small jobs can be estimated via pictures makes life simpler for most working people. 50% of the job as a deposit to secure a job and 50% when finishing Is usually expected. It took him 2.5 days to install a new kitchen tap. Issues he struggled with: connection to a boiling water machine, no isolater valves, 40’ waste pipe and the hot and cold supply pipes were mixed up (lots of moaning about the previous builders), many trips to screwfix and parts purchased that were not required; in that time he did also change a Yale barrel lock.
