The following day after I had a stopcock and pipework replaced by Jamie, I discovered that he had cut into another pipe when removing the old ones, causing a leak. I dont know for sure if he knew he had done this. I think he did, but judge for yourself based on the following. Over several days, I called his mobile, I left whatssapp messages, i sent several emails. No responses from any of them. Strange as they all seemed to be working when he contacted me to get the job.

Avoid at all costs - currently taking legal action against this company! Did our bathroom renovation but failed at the most basic element of plumbing! Workers used grout to seal the joins between pipes and the shower mixer, which is completely inappropriate - led to 2 separate leaks! Cost 000's to rectify! As soon as things go wrong James will stop returning your calls. Save your time and money and find someone else. If you don't there's a high chance you'll regret it.
