I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. Despite showing interest in the job he never made contact. Wouldn't hire anybody this inconsistent.
