Chay carried out a significant refurb to my investment property in Armley. He fitted a new roof, bathroom and kitchen to a high standard. Also knocked down kitchen/living room wall and installed LSJ in swift fashion. Other works included re-plastering of the top and middle floor bedrooms, the bathroom and kitchen ceiling. He also installed new radiators, new sockets and carried out first fix on electrics. Truly a jack of all trades, and a great bloke with great work ethic. Would highly recommend.

Were more than happy for you to call for a free quote (but please note, a visit to see the job is a must, as it is impossible to provide and accurate and thorough quote over the phone). Time needs to be spent working on preparation. The positioning (layout) of the tiles is very important. Tiling is all about aesthetics & balance. Its worth knowing that we can provide a complete bathroom service, including plumbing and Electrical work. Please note that we have public liability insurance. Please also note that when purchasing tiles you must buy an extra 10%. This is to allow for cuts & wastage. Waste disposal is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed prior to the job being undertaken. In most cases we are 'local' to you & you can always contact us via mobile/landline/email Public liability insurance is with a company called 'Simply Business'. Further details can be provided on request. Please remember, there are certain things you should/should not do in tiling. We do not cut corners. We do things the correct way (even if it takes us longer to complete the job). As a result, we will only tile a surface that is suitable for tiling onto. We, at times, have had to turn down jobs where customers want me to tile unstable or unsuitable surfaces. You will notice that VAT is not included in the pricing. So please do not ask for a VAT exempt price. VAT is paid on all materials purchased for the job. We will provide a breakdown of services offered. There should be no shocks when it comes to payment time.. Ask the tiler questions about the job you want completing. The tiler should be able to give you ideas about what tile size to use, what colour grout is best suited to the tile etc.

I wanted a Church Font removing from my garden and this company performed the task with ease. Both of them disposed of the font and cleared the area with no trouble at all. Cannot praise their work ethic enough, polite, pleasant and courteous. Although the font was large they managed to break it up and take away all the remains.
