Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Placed advert Thursday. Contacted same day by Mike with a view to coming out and quoting next day. Came on time priced the job on Friday and arranged to start work on the Tuesday. Mike worked with his son Silas. What a really nice pair. Genuine, polite and got on with the job even though I asked for a few tweaks along the way. Both very old school and worked at their own pace - happy with work carried out and will use them again. Reasonable price too.

Cannot rate this company highly enough; they were brilliant. The quality of the work was great; they took pride in what they did. They came and quoted, and provided a clear statement of work on what we agreed. They completed the work quickly. Turned up when they said they would, and if they couldn't, they let me know. Really good communication. They were so polite, courteous, and just generally really nice people to have in your house.

Poor contact, I was doing all the chasing. Flooring cut short in places, new shower fitted leaking. Jack advised date to fit bath panel and towel rail then cancelled. Has worked out very expensive because I have paid for a heated towel rail and bath panel that has not been supplied or fitted. When job was agreed in June, Jack said he was fully booked for 2 weeks, now August and no sign of completion and no contact from him. Would I recommend Bathly Plumbers? NEVER
