Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. We had water damage to our bedroom ceiling and down stairs wall. Kyle came out and sorted the problem. From start to finish Kyle was absolutely incredible nothing was too much trouble he offered friendly advice and gave an explanation as to everything he did.
