I’m very pleased with service i teceived from GO Maintenance who fixed a leak in my shower. The guys were prompt, turned up at the agreed time. Took their time to find where the leak was coming from and fixed the problem. Price was reasonable. I would not hesitate in recommending them. I will be contacting them in the future for further maintence of my property.

Very professional job done every inch looks on point wasn’t a easy job as my floor was uneven but you can’t tell would definitely recommend lee to everybody thank you so much for finishing my home for me Sam Windos

Good communication by phone and email also easy to talk to in person, turned up when expected and got straight on with the job which was done efficiently with no mess or damage. Very happy with job. Would use them again and the rated people site for any other jobs .

Employed S G Maintenance to re-fit a laminate floor in hallway and kitchen that had been damaged due to a flood. Is a pleasant and well mannered person. Worked very quickly. Very clean and disposed of all rubbish. Good value service. Had a problem, S G Maintenance came back and put it right immediately without any delays or arguments. I will use again and would recommend S G Maintenance. Great Job. Thanks.

Sean responded promptly to my 'tender' request, viewed what needed to be done at the appointed time, gave a very reasonable quote and completed the work when he said he was going to.......at the agreed price. I have no hesitation in recommending Sean and I will definitely be asking him to complete any plumbing work I have in the future. Excellent.

We hired Gowan PM to decorate our first project of 7 apartments. They are so much more than your average tradesmen; multi skilled, (great tiling and bathroom installation) tidy (put our team to shame), when we changed a main colour they were fab and just took it in their stride. We forget to order materials so they collected it for us. The quality of the work is second to none and has been admired by all. I have no doubt that it will be their work will sell our project. A huge thank you, now our 1st choice.
