Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. initial negative due poor communications..but now resolved as contractor was suffering with an illness which I accept and also have hired him to do the work. please consider my negative report as incorrect and deleted.
