Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Tom came to skim my son's ceiling but because it had old artex and very uneven he decided to put a false ceiling in, board that and then skim it. Tom is a really friendly guy, kept showing me where he was up to in the job and was very tidy and did a great overall job at a good price.
