The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. job not complete , heated towel rail not connected , hot and cold tap wrong way round shower screen not properly secure outside pipework is appauling , i would NOT reccomend this fitter to do a ny work AVOID !

Received an immediate response to a leak that had become critical on New Year's Eve. John & team came out straight away, put measures in place to prevent the situation worsening and gave a very thorough assessment of the job at a good price. As soon as my insurance claim was granted the work was completed quickly. The leak was not only remedied but the bathroom plumbing restored to a much more reliable and secure standard. Jim was fantastic - fitted 3 internal doors for us with no nonsense. Even when one door proved difficult (leading to the job taking longer than he thought and eating into his weekend) he took great care with his work and didn't finish until he was completely happy with it. Cheerful too, and likes a wee blether! Would hire him again in a heartbeat ????
