Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. We take great pride in our work and customer care is priority. We do apply an out of hours charge after 6pm, weekends and bank holidays.

James got in touch re the problem in our bathroom. Came to house and looked at job. Quickly gave a reaonable quote which we were happy to accept. Carried out the work to a very high standard. We even had a problem with the power shower which James very quickly resolved and fitted new shower. Excellent at keeping us updated of what was happening. Turned up when he said he would. Would highly recommend, professional and reliable.
