Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Jim was fantastic - fitted 3 internal doors for us with no nonsense. Even when one door proved difficult (leading to the job taking longer than he thought and eating into his weekend) he took great care with his work and didn't finish until he was completely happy with it.
