Danny was asked to change our bathroom into a laundry room. He did it over three days and was very efficient, taking time to explain what was happening as he went along. The job was done to an excellent standard and he even sorted out the fitting of the appliances with little fuss. All the rubbish was taken away and the room left neat and tidy. A brilliant job. The job involved removal of a washbasin and WC in two en-suites, remove old tiles in one, and then retile both en-suites. The result: neither WC properly replace or aligned: only one screw holding one pan! One of the washbasin feed is leaking. Tiles are not smoothe and edge sealing was amateurish. The job was heavily overpriced. I would not use 5hem again.
