The Bread and Butter As we say Up North ‘You don’t get owt for nowt’. In other words, you don’t get anything back if you don’t put anything in. At least that’s what we like to think. Unfortunately, it isn’t always the case when it comes to things like building insurance. After the visit, a scope of work was sent back to me within 2 working days. Once the payout was confirmed, Andrew revisited the property with the building director.
