Once we've discussed your vision, we move on to creating a fully bespoke 3D design using premium software — bringing your dream storage solution to life so you can see exactly how it will look and feel in your home. A small design fee of £250.00 is payable before design work commences, and this is deducted from your final order total if you choose to go ahead with us. From there, your design is refined and adjusted until it's exactly right. Once finalised, we provide an accurate, itemised quote based directly on your approved design — meaning absolutely no hidden costs. You'll know exactly what you're paying for, down to the last detail. And here's our promise: if you find a better price elsewhere, your design is yours to keep — no questions asked. We're that confident in the value we deliver. But above all, we believe every customer should feel valued. Your home is personal, and the trust you place in us to transform your space is something we never take for granted. Chris and his crew were wonderful. The 2 men who did the bulk of the work were hardworking and cleaned up after themselves really well. The job was done to a high standard and started and finished on time. We would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

NMB have renewed my faith in builders! Nevin came to quote my job and we spent a good 2 hours planning every aspect of the project. He was very thorough and it is clear that he genuinely cares about his work! When the time came I was anxious about having workmen in my house however Eddie and Liam were a pleasure to have in my home. I really cannot praise their work enough. Their attention to detail is second to none! I have recommended NMB to my friends and I look forward to using them again In the future.

I am writing concerning the excellent service and work undertaken by Wayne Triggs Building Services for Pennine Lancashire Community Farm as small Charity in Burnley. Wayne Triggs supported by Graham help us create a 168 square meter wooden frame building. Wayne worked positively with the Charity in undertaking all tasks, including sourcing appropriate materials, agreeing tasks, providing effective contacts etc. The end of this process has been the creation of fantastic environmental friendly building.
