They offered advice throughout the process and never gave any hard sale but explained the options and what it would mean and cost for any changes to what we wanted. Fatjon / Tony and team did a fantastic job decorating my house, getting rid of damp and giving my front garden a completely new look. Calls himself George here but when he arrived he said he was Anthony. Unless he is impersonating someone else! He did the job quickly but then I gave him another job to fit a new wooden gate and a lock on it. Trusted him and paid in advance. never finished the job, or return my calls to complete my job. I eventually left a message. He replied that he was busy somewhere else and would come in 2 days but never showed up.

Main task of laying wood was top class. Reasons for the mixed review: - As part of cost, was promised beading that would colour match the wood, but he turned up with different colour beading and it was left to me to varnish it - door needed to be trimmed because the wooden floor was at a raised height - was cut incorrectly. He promised to return and fix the door and lay a bridge to the carpeted hallway if I paid him in full which I did. Despite me following up, he never returned which I find dishonest.
