We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.
Top drawer. When dean gave us the quote it was not the cheapest we had received. However the detail in it won us over and sure enough there were no extra costs that could of been seen at the outset. Very professional and good service. Had a problem of birds getting under my roof. Was quick to identify the problem and fixed it and also repaired my guttering all for a reasonable price. Very honest and when he finished the job said it didn’t take him as long as he thought it would and reduced the price he had quoted by 50 pounds. Value for money and would recommend.
